While working at Astek Wallcovering I was very fortunate to work on creating new murals for the interior of the New York New York in Las Vegas. I was tasked with creating a mural for the cafeteria that is located at the entrance of the Casino. The mural was based on geometric patterns and iconic New York City imagery. While working with the client I had the idea of bringing all the elements together by overlaying a map of Manhattan that flows with the shapes and images. This was a very rewarding piece that I handled from concept all the way through final print production.
